Vikram is a corporate finance and M&A leader with over 22 years of experience in the technology sector and a track record of advising companies on M&A, equity/debt and other strategic transactions, with 37 announced transactions valued at ~$70B.

He was most recently a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, and has previously worked at Evercore Partners, UBS and Sun Microsystems.Through his role at Guggenheim and earlier, Vikram has advised clients on capital structure optimization, acquisition/divestiture strategy, identifying and evaluating M&A/partnership opportunities, investor positioning, implications of market trends and competitive dynamics, and enhancing shareholder value through strategic M&A and capital markets transactions.
